• Collection & Distribution – We collect unwanted clothing and other items, process them, and distribute them in bulk to buyers.
• Grading System – Clothing and items are sorted into various grades based on condition, quality, and resale value. The grades include, but are not limited to:
  • Premium Grade (A-Grade) – Near-new or excellent condition.
  • Standard Grade (B-Grade) – Good condition with minimal wear.
  • Economy Grade (C-Grade) – Wearable but may have minor defects.
  • Recycling/Textile Grade – Items unsuitable for resale but usable for textile recycling.
• Wholesale Transactions – We buy, sell vintage and used clothing and other second-hand items both in bulk to businesses and in individual quantities to consumers through our retail stores.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

• Order Placement – Orders must be placed in bulk quantities as specified in our pricing and catalogue details.
• Pricing & Quotes – Prices are provided based on current market conditions, availability, and grading. Quotes are valid for a limited period as specified in each offer.
• Payment Terms – Payments must be made via bank transfer, letter of credit, or other agreed-upon methods before shipment. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Taxes & Duties – Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, and customs fees in their respective countries.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Logistics – Shipping terms are agreed upon at the time of sale. Buyers may arrange their own shipping or use our recommended logistics partners.
• Delivery Timeframes – Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays due to customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Risk & Responsibility – Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier. We are not liable for loss or damage during transit.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

• No Returns Policy – Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Claims for Defects or Shortages – Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence such as photos or videos may be required for review.
• Resolution Process – If a claim is validated, we may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our sole discretion.

COMPLIANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compliance with Local Laws – Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the imported goods comply with their country’s regulations, including health and safety requirements.
• Environmental & Ethical Responsibility – We promote responsible recycling and ethical sourcing. Buyers must not resell items in a manner that violates local laws or ethical standards.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• No Warranty – We provide vintage and used clothing “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Liability Cap – Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific order in dispute. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

TERMINATION & FORCE MAJEURE

• Termination Rights – We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate contracts if a buyer breaches these Terms.
• Force Majeure – We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order. Fraudulent transactions, misuse of our website, or abusive behaviour may result in service denial or legal action.

Intellectual Property
